Shipping

I can ship to most countries worldwide. All items are shipped from Gloucestershire, United Kingdom — Prices will vary dependant of country.

Before placing pre-orders please allow up to 4-5 weeks before your item is shipped, as they are being handmade by one woman, me. If I have your item already in stock it will be shipped sooner and will receive a confirmation email.

All items are shipped via Royal Mail, Special Delivery — Please note I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of parcels sent.

MARTHA is not responsible for any customs charge, duties tax or handling fees that your package may incur upon entering its destination country.

Transit Time

Your order will normally be shipped within 1-5 business days. Once the item has been shipped via Royal Mail, Special Delivery you will receive a confirmation containing tracking information.

Returns

Products purchased that aren’t pre-orders are fully returnable within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in the same unused condition as they were upon arrival and with the original packaging. If you wish to return your order you must let me know within 3 days of receiving your item. They then must be returned to me within 14 days.

Returns must be shipped by special delivery with tracking. The shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns on Pre-Orders

Products purchased that are pre-orders are non-refundable. Due to being a small clothing brand selling clothes and operating as a one woman maker all pre-orders cannot be refunded.

Please make sure you are definite and final before you decide to purchase and If you are unsure about anything, please contact me first before purchasing.
